Summary

Full-time Style Advisor based at Eaton Centre, Toronto, selling luxury menswear and focused on delivering exceptional, personalized customer service. Responsible for building and developing a repeat clientele through in-store consultations, appointments and relationship-driven selling. Reports to the Store Leader and contributes to a high-performing retail team.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal sales and holistic selling in-store to build and retain clientele
• Prepare for client appointments by selecting merchandise and creating opportunities for add-on sales
• Educate clients on the Club Harry loyalty program and related benefits
• Conduct follow-up with clients regarding alterations, fittings and dedicated appointments
• Participate in merchandising activities, store maintenance and daily presentation standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment
• Experience across menswear areas such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing and made-to-measure
• Proven ability to create exceptional customer service experiences and drive repeat business
• Willingness to participate in training initiatives and apply new skills
• Demonstrated interest in technology to support the retail customer service function and ability to work effectively as part of a team
