In this role you’ll be responsible for: Performance LeadershipCoach Clothing Advisors and Specialists to maximize personal sales productivityDevelop and maintain in-store and after sales service standardsEnsure that all Clientele Development activities are executedAdopt role of Eagle on the Floor and practice EID behavioursDrive adoption of Herringbone and the meeting of digital sales goalsEnsure Advisors are building omni-channel clients by assisting through all channels (in-store, online, andPromote and educate Advisors and clients on all aspects of the program including the point system, benefits, and activation stepsAttraction, Retention, and DevelopmentHire and train new Clothing Advisors and SpecialistsAdminister training programs and ensure all required On-boarding and assigned training is completedHold one-on-one meetings and complete performance assessmentsPolicies and ProceduresEnsure team alignment to all store and operational policy/procedures and cultural standardsEnsure team alignment on store protection and LP policies and standardsSuccessful candidates will require:A minimum of 3 years of retail experience with leadership capacity in managing a store/departmentA focus on driving long-term customer loyalty and conversion by training team on elevating both the in-store and online customer experience)Demonstrated interest and ability to develop others (with a proven track record of documented coaching and development as well as performance improvement plans that have resulted in tangible improvements)Our menswear retail environment includes working within various departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing and made-to-measure.
