Harry Rosen Inc. is seeking a Style Advisor for its Vancouver location at McArthurGlen Designer Outlets. The role focuses on building a loyal client base, delivering superior service, and educating clients on the Club Harry Loyalty program.

You will participate in merchandising and support a premium luxury menswear experience. The position requires 2+ years in luxury retail, strong client relationship skills, and a passion for fashion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Experience across departments: sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing and made-to-measure preferred.
• Passion for inspiring repeat business through exceptional customer service both online and in-store.
• Willingness to participate in training programs and apply learned skills daily.
• Ability to use technology to support retail customer service and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a clientele that delivers superior service to discerning customers.
• Educate clients on features and benefits of the Club Harry Loyalty program.
• Engage in merchandising and store maintenance activities.
• Prepare for appointments by strategizing merchandise and opportunities for add-on sales.
• Drive new business and follow up with existing clients for alterations, fittings, or dedicated appointments.
