Job summary

Harry Rosen seeks a Style Advisor to join our store team. You will drive personal sales, build lasting client relationships, and promote the Club Harry Loyalty program in a luxury menswear environment.

You will participate in merchandising, prepare for client meetings, and convert opportunities into add-on sales while delivering outstanding service to online and in-store customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and drive repeat business.
• Interest in fashion, menswear, and luxury branding.

Responsibilities

• Personal sales and holistic selling in-store, building client relationships.
• Educate clients on the Club Harry Loyalty program and services.
• Participate in merchandising and store maintenance activities.
• Prepare for appointments, strategize merchandise, and drive add-on sales.
• Follow up with clients on alterations, fittings, and future needs.

In this role you’ll be responsible for:Personal Sales and Holistic Selling in-store, building relationships with your customers and creating repeat clienteleDemonstrating an interest in fashion, menswear, and luxuryOur World-Class luxury brands include Tom Ford, Ralph Lauren, Ermenegildo Zegna, Brunello Cucinelli, Giorgio Armani, Loro Piana, Canali, Hugo Boss, Salvatore Ferragamo and many more!Educating clients on the features and benefits of our Club Harry Loyalty programParticipating in Merchandising activities and store maintenance.Utilizing the resources provided to conduct new business driving measures and following up with your existing clientele on all aspects of their current needs (i.e., alterations, fittings, dedicated appointments, etc.)Preparing for each appointment and client meeting by strategizing what merchandise to present and creating the opportunity for add-on sales.Successful candidates will require:A minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience preferably in a luxury environmentOur menswear retail environment includes working within various departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing and made-to-measure.
