Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in a client-facing service desk role is preferred.

• Strong multitasking and calm, efficient customer flow management.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service at the cash desk to clients and associates.
• Perform daily cash handling, open/close registers, and process transactions.
• Bag and issue purchased products to customers.
• Answer store phones and maintain the service desk.
• Update client information and manage Club Harry Loyalty memberships.
• Assist with inter-store transfers and e-commerce requests/shipments.
• Support online orders picked up in-store by clients.
