Key Job Elements

• Support the development of a GDLS Digital Workforce through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other automation tools/techniques as required.
• Convert existing manual and/or repeatable business processes into automated or partially automated solutions.
• Match an appropriate solution to the business process.
• Recognize business requirements to determine actionable automation solutions.
• Work with assigned business analyst and integrate within the existing framework to provide seamless value-added services.
• Responsible for the automation development cycle including:
  • Development of automation solutions based on defined user requirements, including risk and error handling protocols.
  • Testing and troubleshooting.
  • Production monitoring.
  • Enhancement deployment.
• Support design and update of internal communication portal content.

Required Qualifications

• Working towards a university degree/college diploma in Computer Science or related field of study.
• Strong technical knowledge of automation best practices (ability to code).

• Desire to innovate, continually improve existing process and develop new methodologies.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to work proactively with a focus on execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with RPA utilizing Automation Anywhere (preferred), and potentially other coding including but not limited to Python, C++, C#, JavaScript, HTML, etc.
