A leading technology company is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager in Toronto to oversee marketplace strategies within Uber Eats. Uber Eats is a three-sided marketplace—Eaters, Merchants, and Couriers—and our team’s job is to ensure all three sides grow in harmony. We are looking for high-caliber Strategy & Operations Managers to join our Canada team. In this role, you will own a core pillar of our marketplace (Eater, Merchant, or Courier/Marketplace) and lead the strategy for how that segment interacts with our platform.
Whether you are optimizing eater retention, merchant profitability, or courier marketplace reliability, you will be the "CEO" of your business area. You will sit at the intersection of product and operations, using data to solve complex problems and executing at scale to fundamentally change how Canadians eat and shop.
