Qualifications

Minimum 5 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent mix of education and training.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Proven ability to lead resolution of problems and corrective actions to mitigate loss and repeats.
Track record of establishing operational SOPs and conducting reviews.
Taking ownership of and overseeing customer escalations is critical.

Responsibilities

Leads and attends periodic business review meetings, creates minutes and actions for improvements.
Addresses customer issues with a strategic direction engaging Senior Management.
Sets up customers within IT systems for handling, visibility and reporting.
Initiates and leads yield improvement processes for targets above/below expectations.
Performs in-depth business process and supply chain analysis to find improvements.
Monitors KPIs, SOP compliance and implements corrective actions.
Ensures operations goals per CSOP are met for customers.
Works with product to build solutions to improve reliability and reduce costs.
