GardaWorld is seeking an Account Manager to join our Protective Services team in Kingston, Ontario. You will manage and optimize service contracts for a diverse portfolio of clients, driving operational excellence while delivering an exceptional client experience.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of related experience, with strong organizational and leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bilingual English/French are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; fields listed include Business Administration, Management, Finance or related.
• 3–5 years of experience in account management, operations, or client services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, leadership and communication skills.
• Bilingual English and French is required to support English-speaking clientele.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of client accounts, service contracts, and technical specs.
• Manage operational and administrative aspects of client contracts, including cost control and AR follow-up.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve operational and contractual issues with strategic solutions.
• Conduct regular client site visits and build long-term relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer service as the primary contact for assigned accounts.
• Coach and mentor Operations Coordinators; support team development.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to forecast staffing needs and workforce planning.
• Promote GardaWorld's products and services to expand existing client relationships.
