Job summary

gehc in Mississauga, ON, is seeking a Service Contract Manager to lead the Customer Account Analysts (CAA) organization and oversee contract operations across Canada.

You will partner with Service Sales, Service Operations, Finance, Digital Technology, and Field Service leadership to ensure accurate quoting, implementation, maintenance, and invoicing of service contracts. This hybrid role reports to the Canada business and requires strong leadership and process improvement capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and 5+ years of related business experience.
• Experience with contract quoting and CRM database management.
• Proven ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams.
• Strong governance, documentation, and process-improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of CAAs to meet objectives.
• Oversee the contract lifecycle from setup to renewal and invoicing.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and monitor revenue leakage and process gaps.
• Own Canadian contract management tech (Apttus, SMAX, CRM) and coordinate enhancements.
• Establish governance, audits, and continuous improvement for contract administration.
