GEODIS in Canada seeks an Operations Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory integrity, and outbound/inbound movement within the distribution center.
You will lead procedures, manage staff, monitor KPIs, and ensure safety and compliance while collaborating with customer-facing teams to sustain high service levels.

The Operations Manager is a key member of the leadership team responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations as it pertains to inventory integrity, order fulfillment, and the movement of goods in and out of the distribution center.
