Main Responsibilities:

• Lead Sanofi wide Data & AI Communications campaigns focused on enabling large-scale AI adoption and literacy across therapeutic areas while supporting strategic business priorities and patient-centric innovation
• Drive organizational Data & AI literacy and understanding through strategic communications of Data & AI products, initiatives, and capabilities, developing educational content, workshops, and communication materials
• Drive PMO function for Data & AI communications that includes regular content reviews, campaign tracking, and use of standard measurement tools to help manage on-time delivery, stakeholder engagement, and communication effectiveness
• Drive key strategy development for Data & AI storytelling frameworks and strategic communication initiatives that deliver on evolving topics, allowing Sanofi to communicate AI advancements responsibly and effectively
• Drive the establishment of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the reach, engagement, and impact of Data & AI communications initiatives while supporting continuous improvement efforts

About You

Education: Bachelors Degree required.

• 5-7 years of end-to-end communications experience from strategy development through to campaign execution for, digital, data, AI or related initiatives.
• Act as a translator between technical teams and business audiences, gathering communication needs, identifying key messages, and crafting that simplify complex Data change and adoption
• Understanding of Data & AI concepts and technologies, to create compelling communications content (e.g., data science, AI product implementations, cloud platforms, data visualization, governance frameworks)
• Demonstrate identifying and solving communications challenges, developing content programs, and creating opportunities to enhance stakeholder engagement and understanding
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills to assess communication effectiveness, audience engagement, and campaign performance
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across technical and business teams to deliver coordinated, high-impact communications initiatives
• Campaign management and agile communications practices, with ability to manage multiple workstreams, iterate based on feedback, and adapt to changing priorities
• Self-directed communications professional able to work with ambiguity and autonomy, making sound decisions with limited guidelines while demonstrating exceptional written communication, presentation design, and interpersonal skills
