• Seven years combined education and experience or four years' directly related experience.
• Experience working with nonprofit boards or governance structures.
• Must have a reliable source of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in internal and external meetings.
• Serve as the main communication link between the Board and staff.
• Support board recruitment, onboarding, and engagement initiatives.
