Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years Inventory Control experience, both hands-on and in an electronic inventory management program.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Products.
  • Skilled in developing and maintaining productive relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Built upon over 90 years of innovation and growth, MFC Training is Canada's largest private flight school. An industry leader, MFC Training operates multiple flight training facilities in Canada, including Fredericton and Moncton, New Brunswick and London, Ontario. In training the world's newest flight crews, it is essential to ensure the highest level of safety and quality in maintaining the College's fleet of aircraft.

MFC Training is currently seeking a full-time permanent Aircraft Stores Manager in Moncton, NB.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all maintenance inventory control functions as required by administration
  • Ensure provisioning, receipt, preservation and issuing of all aircraft components, parts, and material.
  • Ensure Material Control policies specified in this manual are met.
  • Ensure Director of Maintenance (DOM) is notified of irregularities in Airworthiness documentation for all aircraft components, parts, and materials.
  • Ensure preservation, packing, recording, and shipping of items for return, repair and/or overhaul.
  • Responsible for a quarantine area and its contents.
  • Ensure aircraft components, parts and material document contain required release certification or acceptable equivalent.
  • Issuing parts to authorized personnel.
  • Inform DOM monthly on spare part status.
  • Monitor quantity of oil and storage of inflammable fluids.
  • Ensure used parts are accompanied with completed maintenance releases.
  • Ensure timely completion of warranty claim documentation and control.
  • Other duties assigned by the Director of Maintenance.
Qualifications
  • A degree or diploma from a recognized post secondary institution.
  • A minimum of 5 years Inventory Control experience – both hands on and in an electronic inventory management program.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Products.

  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Knowledge of aviation and aviation parts are considered an asset
