Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail experience.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Open availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with operations and staff management.
• Assist merchandising, stock, and daily shipments.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve escalated issues.
• Train, coach, and develop employees.
• Handle cash management and store opening/closing.
• Assign tasks and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and feedback.
• Ensure adherence to policies and safety standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Oversee hiring and performance management.
