This role acts as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager’s absence, with responsibilities across operations, merchandising, staffing, training and safety.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Open availability including days, evenings, and weekends.

• Assisting the Store Manager with operations and staff management.
• Merchandising, stocking, and unpacking daily shipments.
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving escalated issues.

• Assigning tasks to the team and ensuring store safety and cleanliness.
