Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Stage Experience Lead at our Winnipeg location to oversee all sales floor departments and ensure the team delivers outstanding client service. The role requires driving Sephora’s selling model and coordinating events to meet store goals.

You will coach and develop cast members, respond to client feedback, and collaborate with the manager to optimize performance and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced cosmetic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence partners at all levels.
• Proven ability to build teams and train staff to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all sales floor departments within Sephora location.
• Ensure staff execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
• Respond promptly to client feedback per department.
• Partner with direct manager to address client-related issues and feedback.
• Support in-store events and performance development initiatives.
