Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Stage Experience Lead for a full-time, regular position. The role oversees all sales floor departments at the store level, coaching team members to deliver Sephora’s selling model and outstanding client service.

You will collaborate with the store leadership to drive client satisfaction and business growth. The candidate should bring 1–3 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build and train teams to achieve sales goals

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to influence partners at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all sales floor departments within a Sephora location (Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance & Haircare or combinations).
• Coach and develop cast; ensure Sephora selling model and outstanding client service.
• Support store events, performance feedback, and staff development.
