Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Services Lead to support all departments on the sales floor at MB-Lindenwoods location in Winnipeg. You will supervise the selling process, ensure exceptional client service, and drive store performance on a range of departments including Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.

The role emphasizes managing service standards, merchandising execution, and acting as Manager on Duty while engaging with clients and leading team initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store.
• Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
• Demonstrated strong client service skills.
• Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Sales Experience: ensure Beauty Advisors execute Sephora selling model and meet store goals.
• Visual Merchandising: support operations to maintain high-quality on-floor visuals and updates.
• Passionate about Clients: act as Manager on Duty and engage with clients on-stage when possible.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: understand store performance and adjust staffing to meet client needs.
• Talent Champion: participate in interviewing as needed for the World team.
