Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Stage Experience Lead to oversee Sephora's sales floor in Edmonton, responsible for client service and ensuring the selling model is followed. The role is full-time and aims to drive store performance while coaching the team to excel in client experience.

We look for 1–3 years in a similar role, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to build and train capable store leaders who can develop cast to boost sales and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to influence partners at all levels and develop store leaders who train cast.

Responsibilities

• Client Experience: Ensure on-stage cast execute Sephora's selling model and address client feedback.
• Embracing Innovation: Train staff in Client Interactive Technology.
• Event Management: Support in-store events to meet store goals and client needs.
• Performance Assessment & Development: Provide timely feedback and coaching; conduct regular check-ins with reports.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Understand store sales performance and business opportunities.
