Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Stage Experience Lead to oversee multiple sales floor departments at AB-Chinook store in Calgary. This full-time, on-site role focuses on executing Sephora’s selling model, delivering exceptional client service and leading a team across Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in a similar role, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to attract and develop store leaders who can train others to drive sales and client

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast paced retail environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence partners at all levels.
• Proven ability to build teams and train staff to drive sales and client service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-stage cast execute Sephora’s selling model and respond to client feedback.
• Support training in Client Interactive Technology for staff.
• Assist in-store events to meet store goals and client needs.
• Coach and address performance issues; conduct regular check-ins with direct reports.
• Demonstrate understanding of store performance and opportunities.
