Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Stage Experience Lead – Full Time to oversee all sales floor departments at the Richmond location. The role focuses on delivering Sephora’s selling model and outstanding client service to help the store meet and exceed company objectives.

You have 1–3 years of relevant experience, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to influence partners at all levels. You will support in-store events, coach team members, drive sales, and deliver exceptional

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence business partners at all levels.
• Proven ability to build teams by identifying and developing store leaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all sales floor departments and ensure Sephora selling model is executed.
• Respond to client feedback and coordinate with the manager; manage client service feedback channels.
• Support training on Client Interactive Technology and related tools.
• Assist in-store events to meet store goals and client needs.
• Coach team members on performance and provide timely feedback; conduct regular check-ins.
• Demonstrate understanding of store performance and opportunities to drive results.
