Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Stage Experience Lead for the Thunder Bay store (ON-Thunder Bay). This full-time position oversees all sales floor departments, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare, ensuring the selling model and outstanding client service drive store objectives.

You have 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role, with strong communication skills and an ability to build teams that train cast to deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• One to three years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to build and develop store leaders to train cast and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Client Experience: ensure on-stage cast delivers Sephora’s selling model and responds to client feedback.
• Embracing Innovation: train staff in Client Interactive Technology.
• Event Management: support in-store events to meet store goals and client needs.
• Performance Assessment & Development: coach on performance and provide timely feedback.
