Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Stage Experience Lead to oversee all sales floor departments at the Richmond location. This full-time role focuses on delivering Sephora’s selling model and exceptional client service to meet store objectives.

You will guide a team across Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance and Haircare, drive events, coach performance, and contribute to store performance while embracing innovation in Client Interactive Technology.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with ability to influence at all levels.
• Proven ability to build teams, train cast, and drive sales while delivering client service.

Responsibilities

• Client Experience: Ensure on-stage cast execute Sephora’s selling model and respond to client feedback.
• Embracing Innovation: Train staff in Client Interactive Technology.
• Event Management: Support in-store events to meet store and client needs.
• Performance Assessment & Development: Coach performance, provide timely feedback, and conduct regular check-ins.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Understand store performance and opportunities to grow sales.
