Job summary

Sephora Canada in Red Deer is seeking a Stage Experience and Services Lead to oversee on-stage experiences, service delivery and event execution at the AB-Bower Place location. You will ensure teams perform Sephora’s services to standard, drive the selling model, and deliver outstanding client service while meeting store objectives.

The role requires 1–3 years in a similar role at a high-volume store, strong client service skills, and flexibility to work peak retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Training & Development: ensure Services Coordinators are trained to manage the Studio and drive services daily.
• Maintain a Coaching Culture: participate in selection, training and certification of facilitators and coaches.
• Makeup & Skincare Passion: demonstrate artistry through makeovers and skincare services as needed.
• Passionate about Clients: act as Director in Charge within the store and engage with cast and clients on-stage.
• Employee Engagement: uphold Sephora values in daily operations.
