Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Stage Experience Lead for a full-time role at our Rosemere location. You’ll oversee all sales floor departments, ensure the selling model is followed, and deliver outstanding client service to meet store goals.

You’ll coach and develop cast, respond to client feedback, train in Client Interactive Technology, support in-store events, and monitor performance with regular check-ins. The role rewards performance bonuses, benefits, and ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable store volume.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and train teams to drive sales and client service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-stage cast properly executes Sephora’s selling model and respond to client feedback.
• Support staff with Client Interactive Technology training.
• Assist in-store events to meet store goals and client needs.
• Coach performance and development with regular check-ins and timely feedback.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit by understanding store sales and opportunities.
