Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Stage Experience Lead to oversee all sales floor departments at a Pickering location. The role focuses on delivering Sephora’s selling model and exceptional client service to help the store meet objectives.

You will lead a team, coach staff, and drive performance through customer-centric initiatives, events, and collaboration with the store leadership. This full-time role includes competitive benefits and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• One to three years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
• Excellent verbal/written communications skills and ability to influence business partners at all levels in a clear and concise manner.
• Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.

Responsibilities

• Client Experience. Ensure all on-stage cast properly execute Sephora’s selling model. Support timely response to client feedback per department.
• Embracing Innovation. Support all World selling cast being properly trained in Client Interactive Technology.
• Event Management. Support in-store events as needed ensuring events help the store achieve goals and meet client needs.
• Performance Assessment & Development. Coach to performance management situations; provide timely feedback and conduct regular check-ins with direct reports.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit. Demonstrate understanding of store’s sales performance and business opportunities.
