Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Stage Experience Lead for the Oakville location to oversee all sales floor departments and ensure the Sephora selling model, client experience, and event goals are achieved. You will work with your manager to coach staff, respond to client feedback, and drive store performance.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in a similar role, strong verbal and written communication, and a proven ability to build and train teams to deliver outstanding service and results.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role at a similar-volume store or internal equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across levels.
• Ability to build and develop store teams to drive sales and client service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-stage sales floor departments and ensure Sephora selling model is followed.
• Support client experience and respond to client feedback within departments.
• Assist in-store events and drive performance with timely coaching and feedback.
• Monitor store sales performance and coach teams on opportunities.
• Identify talent and develop cast leaders to improve service and results.
