SEPHORA Canada is seeking a Stage Experience Lead (Full Time) to oversee all sales floor departments at ON-Shops at Pickering City Centre. The role focuses on executing Sephora’s selling model, delivering outstanding client service, and guiding team performance to meet store objectives.

The position requires 1–3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store, strong communication, and the ability to train and develop cast to drive sales and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• One to three years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to influence business partners at all levels

Responsibilities

• Oversee all sales floor departments within the Sephora location
• Ensure the selling model is executed and client service is outstanding
• Support events, coaching, and performance development for staff
• Monitor store sales performance and identify business opportunities
