Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Stage Experience Lead to oversee all sales floor departments at the West Vancouver location. The role ensures the team delivers Sephora’s selling model and outstanding client service to meet store goals.

You will coach staff, coordinate in-store events, respond to client feedback, and drive performance improvements across departments. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• One to three years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with ability to influence partners at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all sales floor departments within Sephora location, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance & Haircare or a combination.
• Ensure team executes Sephora’s selling model and delivers outstanding client service to meet store objectives.
• Support in-store events and respond to client feedback per department.
• Coach team on performance, provide timely feedback, and participate in regular check-ins.
