Job summary

Sephora Canada in West Vancouver is hiring a Stage Experience Lead – Full Time to oversee all sales floor departments and ensure Sephora’s selling model and outstanding client service are delivered consistently.

You will work with store leadership to drive performance, coach cast members, support in-store events, and ensure timely feedback and development. The role emphasizes customer experience and business opportunities within a dynamic beauty environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a similar role at a similar-volume store or internal equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills; ability to influence partners at all levels.
• Proven ability to build teams and train cast to drive sales and client service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all sales floor departments within the Sephora location and ensure selling model adherence.
• Support client feedback response and partner with management to address issues and improve service.
• Assist in-store events to meet goals and client needs.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct regular check-ins and performance conversations.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit by understanding store performance and opportunities.
