A leading luxury travel provider in Toronto is seeking a Senior Vice President, Product & Services to define and enhance their travel portfolio. This role requires a strong leader to manage procurement, client segmentation, and design innovative travel experiences. To propel this next chapter, we are seeking an accomplished executive to lead our Product, Procurement, Itinerary Design, Client Segmentation, and Client Services functions as we build the most intelligently curated and consistently delivered luxury travel product in the industry.
The Senior Vice President, Product & Services will research, categorize, procure, transact, and quality control Kensington’s global product ecosystem. This includes identifying the global array of Destination Management Companies (DMC), classifying and prioritizing services (hotel, ground, transport, entertainment), evolution of itineraries (wallet, themes, competitors), client segmentation frameworks, booking efficiency, and client satisfaction.
The core mandate: Build a structured, data-driven, cost competitive product array, that can be efficiently transacted, to ensure that Kensington delivers exceptional, reliable, differentiated travel experiences every time.
The ideal leader is a world-class categorizer—able to research, classify, rank, and standardize at scale. They bring a background in procurement and ideally a grounding in the travel industry, with a passion for global product discovery and operational excellence.
You are both a strategic architect and an operational executor. You thrive on structure: researching, categorizing, ranking, and systematizing complex global information. You understand how to build scalable frameworks that drive consistency without stifling innovation. You’re commercially sharp, globally curious, and motivated by building a product engine that can continuously evolve and outperform.
