Who we are looking for

As Senior Manager, ESG Programs you will support the implementation of the Rogers Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) strategy and reporting, and project manage ESG programs. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can help set long‑term goals and project plans while also delivering high impact that advances our corporate reputation today. This role will report into the Director, ESG & Corporate Responsibility.

This role is anchored in ESG reporting, with a meaningful portfolio of community investment programming. Seeking a candidate that can thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy working environment with the demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Our ideal candidate will bring experience in reporting, strategy, love of data, program delivery, and project and relationship management.

What you will do
  • Partner with colleagues across the organization to deliver Rogers ESG strategy and ensure alignment with corporate priorities.
  • Development of Rogers annual ESG report, ensuring compliance with recognized frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate data collection and validation across business units to ensure accuracy and completeness of ESG disclosures.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for annual ESG reporting, including drafting content and collaborating with internal subject matter experts.
  • Track and report on program KPIs, budgets, and historical trends; analyze ESG performance year‑over‑year to inform strategy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal partners & cross‑functional colleagues to align on shared goals and strategies.
  • Support ongoing evolution of the company’s overall ESG framework (i.e. materiality assessments) and identify ESG trends that can be leveraged to inform strategy development and support the business.
  • Help manage key ESG issues to build and protect Rogers corporate reputation.
  • Design and implement community investment programs that align with Rogers ESG priorities and deliver measurable social impact.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with community organizations to advance shared goals.
  • Represent Rogers at community events and stakeholder meetings as a trusted ambassador for corporate responsibility initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to amplify community program stories and highlight Rogers role in driving positive change.
What you have
  • 7+ years of experience in ESG, sustainability, corporate responsibility, or related fields.
  • Understanding of ESG reporting frameworks & evolving standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting reports and executive‑level presentations.
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
  • Knowledge of emerging ESG trends, sustainability best practices, and social impact measurement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and succeed in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting requirements of publicly traded companies.
  • Proficiency using sustainability reporting software (i.e. Workiva) is an asset.
  • Bilingual (French and English) an asset.
