A leading manufacturing company in Ingersoll is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform various tasks related to installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical and mechanical skills, six or more years of maintenance experience, and the ability to work collaboratively in an environment focused on safety and efficiency. This full-time position offers a competitive pay range of CA$38-$48 per hour. Training may occur in Brantford, with the target start date in Ingersoll set for November 2025.

The target start date in Ingersoll is November 3, 2025 with possible training in Brantford depending on hire date.
Pay Range - CA$38-$48/HR
Replacement Position
Shift Hours: Mon through Thurs (7:00 am to 5:30 pm)
Pay is weekly every Friday.
To support the company's business goals and objectives, you will perform various tasks related to installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment. This work follows safety standards and predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes. You will proactively seek opportunities for improvement to enhance overall company performance, ensuring maximum efficiency and cost reduction. Daily maintenance activities should align with maintenance and operational strategies to increase company profits. Additionally, you will perform production support tasks that adhere to production schedules, quality standards, and project specifications. Areas of expertise required for this role include electrical work, hydraulics, welding, and fabrication.
