What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create innovative research content to assist clients in achieving business outcomes from outsourced IT services
- Provide high-quality, actionable advice through various media, guiding clients in selecting cloud service providers
- Lead end-to-end sourcing projects for public cloud services, formulating comprehensive strategies and negotiating contracts
- Advise clients on optimizing contract terms, focusing on cost, vendor performance, and risk mitigation
- Continuously monitor trends in cloud service pricing and contractual terms to inform negotiation strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, computer science, or a related field; master's degree preferred
- 15+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least three years in IT procurement or strategic sourcing involving cloud contracts
- Proven experience negotiating high-value public cloud contracts with competitive bidding and cost optimization
- Deep knowledge of public cloud optimization and transformation services, including experience with major cloud providers
- Ability to analyze data to drive insights for new research and client interactions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with cloud-native professional and managed services
- Familiarity with Oracle workload expertise (e.g., PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, E-Business Suite)
- Strong presentation skills for both small and large audiences
