Role Description

This role will be working with Wealth Onboarding ART team, which is dedicated to enabling clients and colleagues to open TD Wealth accounts in a matter of minutes, through a rich and engaging client experience. The BSA for this team plays a critical role in enabling seamless onboarding experiences across TD Wealth lines of business, bridging business needs with technical execution, ensuring system workflows, integrations, and reporting mechanisms are aligned with onboarding objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead requirement gathering and technical specification for onboarding workflows.
  • Map payload attributes from Easy Apply (UI Application) to Client Master database via WCOM (processing engine) and validate integration logic.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Dev Leads during backlog refinement sessions and sprint planning to refine backlog items.
  • Create and manage Jira stories, tasks, and sub-tasks aligned with onboarding enhancements.
  • Support reporting enhancements and batch job configurations for onboarding metrics.
  • Participate in release planning, impact assessments, and production issue resolution.
Required Skills
  • 5 years relevant experience in Agile environment
  • Strong understanding of onboarding systems (WCOM, Easy Apply, Client Master).
  • Experience with Jira workflows, payload mapping, and API orchestration.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks.
  • Familiarity with TD Wealth onboarding processes and reporting structures.
