About the Role

As a Senior Business Analyst within our Property & Casualty Insurance practice, you will play a pivotal role in driving requirements management and solution design for strategic transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights and system capabilities.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead requirements gathering and documentation for P&C insurance transformation programmes.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to define functional specifications and user stories.
  • Analyse and validate business processes, data flows, and system interactions.
  • Support Guidewire product implementations and enhancements (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and walkthroughs to elicit and refine requirements.
  • Ensure traceability and alignment of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide input into test planning, UAT, and defect triage.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technology teams to ensure solution integrity.
What You Must Have to Be Considered
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on requirements management.
  • Proven expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance domain (mandatory).
  • Experience with Guidewire products (preferred).
  • Experience with Rating (preferred)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments.
