Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst

Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and detail oriented Business Analyst to join our team and support the successful delivery of technology solutions.
• The role involves working closely with business partners and product owners to identify develop and prioritize requirements and translating business needs into clear and actionable documentation.
• The analyst will collaborate with vendors and cross functional teams to define solution approaches validate feasibility and support operational planning.
• Responsibilities include analyzing and documenting user stories and process flows preparing use cases test cases and requirement matrices identifying gaps or conflicts and supporting procurement teams by updating scope in statements of work.
• The candidate will also coordinate testing review project deliverables and assist with pre and post implementation support as well as project management or scrum master duties when needed.
• The ideal candidate should have a bachelors degree in business information technology or a related field and over five years of experience as a business systems analyst.
• Strong skills in tools such as Visio Excel PowerPoint Word Confluence and Jira are required along with experience in cybersecurity risk assessments and software delivery methodologies like waterfall and agile.
• The role demands excellent communication attention to detail the ability to think holistically and a proactive mindset in defining solutions and identifying opportunities.
