Overview

Responsibilities


  • Provide insightful business and financial information to internal business partners on the Bell partnership program.

  • Work with the Manager and Director to develop a reconciliation process, reconcile datasets, resolve variances with the carriers and operations, and report on program profitability.

  • Prepare reconciliations for commissions, receivables and payables based on the cadence of available reporting from partner.

  • Prepare month-end journal entries.

  • Review reconciliations and month-end journal entries prepared by analysts as required.

  • Investigate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to validate and resolve unreconciled differences.

  • Collaborate with IT and Business Operations teams to assist with system implementation, process improvement and issue resolution.

  • Work closely with Business Operations and other finance teams as a trusted business partner to develop reporting on KPIs, EBITDA and profitability measures for the program.

  • Cultivate a continuous improvement mindset within the finance team.


Qualifications


  • University degree or equivalent in accounting, business, finance or a related field.

  • CPA designation required.

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
