Title: ITGC SOX Compliance Specialist
Location: Hamilton (4 days on-site)

Candidates must possess this experience to be considered for the role:

• SOX Leadership Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT audit, internal controls, or compliance, with a focus on SOX compliance. This includes practical experience leading and managing SOX programs.

• ITGC Expertise: Expert knowledge and practical experience in designing, evaluating, and testing all core IT General Controls (ITGCs), specifically:

• Access Management (e.g., user provisioning, privileged access, segregation of duties).

• Change Management (e.g., development, testing, and promotion to production).

• System Operations (e.g., data backups, incident management, monitoring).

• Systems Acumen: Strong understanding of IT processes, systems, and technologies, including critical business applications, underlying infrastructure, and cloud environments.

• Communication & Influence: Excellent communication, presentation, and strong influencing skills required to translate complex technical IT concepts into business risks for senior management and vice versa.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
