A leading POS solutions provider in Vancouver is seeking skilled professionals for full-time technical support and installation roles. Responsibilities include providing inbound and onsite support, conducting client training, and handling after-hours assistance. Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting and training skills, and having previous POS experience is advantageous. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $50,000 to $85,000 annually along with health benefits.

Responsibilities: Duties include inbound support from the Vancouver Office, onsite support / installation / client training, cell phone based support after regular business hours, and use of own vehicle and tools.
Qualifications: Fluent in English. Working experience with remote / onsite technical support & installation for computer systems, building / repairing Windows based computer systems, Windows networking knowledge; good troubleshooting & training skills. Having POS experience is an asset.
Extended Health after Probation.
