Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Social Media & Student Engagement Coordinator to join our team in Vancouver, Canada. Managing the social engagement for multiple accounts such as Little Flower Academy, Glenlyon Norfolk School, West Point Grey Academy, Telus and more. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance student engagement and promote our institution's programs and events. This job requires travel, as there will be multiple accounts to manage.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage social media content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) to increase student engagement and brand awareness
  • Create and curate engaging, relevant content that resonates with our student audience
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute student engagement events, both virtual and in-person
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all social media channels
  • Monitor social media trends and best practices to stay ahead of the curve in student engagement strategies
  • Analyze social media metrics and prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, and other key performance indicators
  • Respond to student inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain relationships with student organizations and campus influencers
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns to support student recruitment and retention efforts
  • Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met for all social media and engagement initiatives
