Overview

We are hiring a Toronto-based Social Media Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of social media content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube for several brands in the Canadian market.

This role is ideal for someone who understands what captures attention on social media and can stay ahead of trends. You\'ll play a key role in growing engagement, maintaining brand consistency, and increasing web traffic through strategic content and performance analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to Canadian audiences.
  • Manage monthly content calendars for multiple Canadian brand properties.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive, manage, and promote positive client interactions and testimonials.
  • Create and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Monitor social media performance and analytics; identify trends and share recommendations for improvement.
  • Track and report on budgets related to content creation and promotions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams including communications, creative/design, and influencer marketing.
  • Support use and optimization of social media analytics tools.
  • Identify, develop and maintain relationships with relevant influencers and content creators in Canada.
Qualifications
  • Based in Toronto, Ontario.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Bilingual in English and French is an asset, but not required.
