Qualifications

• 3+ years Store Management experience with a specialty retailer, preferably mall-based.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, time management, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales and Profitability within your Store while sharing insights and feedback with your Peer group.
• Recruit, Onboard and Train Top talent while continuing to network and build bench within the store.
• Drive customer loyalty and new customer recruitment by creating an inspiring and engaging customer experience.
• Lead with an entrepreneurial spirit that inspires out-of-the-box thinking to impact business results.
• Know and manage the business through effective use of all sales and financial reports.
• Coordinate with, report and make recommendations to the District Manager on ways to increase sales within your Store.
• Ensure execution of all company visual and operational standards.
