Starbucks Canada is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the store manager in executing daily operations and leading the shift team. You will deploy partners, delegate tasks, and uphold our Starbucks Experience with prompt service, quality beverages, and a clean, welcoming store environment.

You will model Starbucks values, coach partners, and ensure operational excellence while maintaining attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
• Ability to direct the work of others.
• Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts.
• Deploy partners and delegate tasks to create the Starbucks Experience for our customers.
• Provide legendary customer service with prompt service, quality beverages and products.
• Maintain a clean and comfortable store environment.
• Follow cash handling and safety and security policies to ensure partner safety.
• Open and close duties as assigned.
• Provide coaching and feedback to partners on shift to improve performance.
