Job summary

Starbucks Canada in Toronto is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the store manager by running store operations during scheduled shifts and leading partners to deliver the Starbucks Experience with legendary customer service, quality beverages and a clean, welcoming store environment.

You will mentor teammates, assign tasks, maintain cash handling and safety practices, open and close duties, and ensure consistent, on-brand service during high-volume periods.

• Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
