Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts.
• Direct and deploy partners, delegate tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Deliver legendary customer service and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Coach and develop team members, provide timely feedback to the manager.
• Ensure adherence to cash handling, safety, and security procedures.
• Open and close duties as assigned and maintain regular attendance.
