Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail or restaurant environments.

• Familiarity with cash handling and store procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager and deploy partners during shifts.
• Maintain Third Place environment and stay calm during peak times.
• Coach and train new partners with constructive feedback.
• Ensure cash handling, safety and security policies are followed.
• Deliver legendary customer service and respond to customer needs.
• Organize opening and closing duties and keep the store clean.
