Starbucks is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts and to lead the team in delivering the Starbucks Experience with legendary customer service, quality beverages, and a clean, welcoming store environment.

You will delegate tasks, train partners, and model Starbucks guiding principles while ensuring operational excellence and consistent customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
• Experience leading a team or shift-based crew.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and maintain composure during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Act with integrity and uphold Starbucks culture, values and mission.
• Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume periods to keep store operations on standard.
• Anticipate customer and store needs by observing environment and cues.
• Communicate information to the manager so the team can respond and provide the Starbucks Experience.
• Assist with new partner training and provide coaching as needed.
