As a shift leader, you will model our guiding principles, maintain a clean store, and support new partner training while providing constructive feedback to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within retail or food service environments.
• Ability to guide and direct the work of others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in executing store operations during shifts.
• Lead and deploy partners, delegate tasks to ensure smooth service.
• Deliver legendary customer service and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
• Support training and coaching of new partners during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling, safety and security policies.
